It boosts both DNA methylation and HDAC inhibition, which work together to keep your cells safe from cancer, particularly cancers of the prostate and colon.

Another study found the cancer-fighting properties in turmeric are enhanced when combined with black pepper.

3 Medium Carrots
 1/2 cup strawberries
 1/4 cup blue berries

 Add the strawberries first and follow it down with some carrots to help force out all the yummy red juice of the strawberries and blue of the blueberries.

Because berries are not typically as juicy, use the carrots to help flush them through the juicer.
