Colon Cleanse Veggie Juice Recipe- VEGGIES-A-PLENTY
Ingredients
1 bunch kale leaves
1 bunch spinach
1 broccoli crown
4 celery stalks
6 carrots
1 Granny Smith apple
Juicing time: 15 mins Servings: 4
The dark, rich green color of the Veggies comes from the variety of antioxidant-packed vegetables that make up this green juice – dinosaur kale, spinach, and broccoli. Celery, carrots, and a Granny Smith apple are added to make this green juice recipe surprisingly refreshing and sweet.
Directions
Rinse kale leaves and spinach under cold water to remove all dirt.
Wash apple, carrots, celery, and broccoli under cold water.
Cut apple into quarters and remove core. Do not peel off the skin.
Cut off ends of carrots and celery and cut into halves.
Cut broccoli crown at base into chunks.
Juice all vegetables and fruits.
Mix thoroughly before serving.
